American Inventors Invention Honest and True Story Behind the Plug Snug-it Invention. In the heart of an Inventor is the determination to prove the Invention at hand will be accepted by the public, because the public is the final say as to the Inventions success. This is a true Invention Story. A true Inventor knows that they are the only one that will push their Invention until it is seen by the public to succeed. If they think other wise they are just a dreamer or just an idea person. Once the Inventor has done all the hard work and begins to prove that it will sell to the public, then the big fish or manufacturers come after the Invention offering peanuts in comparison to all the hard work the Inventor has done. In most cases at this time the peanuts are welcome. In some cases however their offer is an insult.

This story is an honest and true story about the American Inventors of the Plug Snug-it (TM) and all their struggles and trials they have went thru in their efforts to prove their Invention will sell to the public. Hopefully the end of this story will bring public awareness to not only their Invention but to the hard work and money involved in any Inventors Invention and be an encouragement to all Inventors to persevere. vThis is a true Invention Story.
Once upon a time “Steve has always wanted to say that” Steve Allen Sinner an American Inventor with out a pot to pee in (pardon the expression) extremely poor and still poor, with all kinds of ideas, was working on the problem of appliance plugs accidentally coming un-plugged from an indoor receptacle.
Before the design was complete he showed it to his life long friend and partner William Nichols. They, “Steve Allen Sinner” and “William Nichols” pushed the design back and forth until it was perfected into what is being sold on the market today. The patent covers 3 products and the divisional patents are still coming out of that simple little idea.
Yes this simple little piece of the most expensive plastic prevents appliance plugs from accidentally coming unplugged. You just use the existing screw on your receptacle plate, and attach their Plug Snug-it (TM) to it and the Plug Snug-it (TM) will snug your plug so that it will not accidentally come unplugged.
Steve and Bill had lost Inventions before and were determined to not loose this one. So being poor, their first step was to file notarized documents and a disclosure document at the patent office. Their second step was to build a handmade prototype, they could not afford at this time to pay to have a professional one built, so Steve proceeded to cut one out of plastic and drill a hole for the screw and bend and shape, sand and buff it, and there it was, the first Plug Snug-it (TM).
Once this was done they began to find small investors to demonstrate their handmade prototype to, and its apparent ability to prevent an appliance plug from accidentally coming unplugged.

Their first investor who really liked it was a Librarian whose husband was an electrician, and needless to say when he seen their handmade prototype, along with his experience of seeing plugs accidentally coming unplugged almost everyday, knew the Plug Snug-it (TM) was needed. Their investment allowed them to file a provisional patent and allowed them to continue looking for investors.
The next investor was a long time friend and carpet cleaner who had plugs come unplugged on him his whole life; sold one of his carpet cleaning vans to invest. His investment allowed them to start the Utility Patent filing and have the plastic injection mold started to be built.
The next investor was a tax accountant who ironed his own shirts for work. His iron always came unplugged on him almost every morning causing a lot of grief. Needless to say when he seen the handmade prototype demonstrating its ability to prevent an ironing plug from accidentally coming unplugged, he knew the Plug Snug-it (TM) was needed and invested. His investment allowed them to have on hand the money to finish the Utility Patent and to finish the building of the injection mold.
The next investors (husband and wife) was the owners of a health food store, a save a lot store, and some fast food chain stores, needless to say, they had seen all kinds of plugs accidentally come unplugged. They fell in love with their Plug Snug-it (TM) and invested. Their investment allowed them to order 20,000 packaged Plug Snug-it’s (TM) and pay for a trade show in Chicago.
The tradeshow in Chicago was a total failure! In spite of Bill wrecking his van after dropping Steve and the Plug Snug-its (TM) off at the booth, Steve and Bill strutted every day into that show like peacocks in spring. If they had only talked to some of the other attendees they would have found out, that show had been falling off for several years. One buyer walked by their Plug Snug-it (TM) booth and Steve asked how he was enjoying the show? The buyers reply was; what show? There is hardly anybody here! That’s how bad it really was! All the attendees said they were not coming back next year.
On their trip home from the tradeshow Bill slowly nudged over and hit a big rig truck with his van that he had already wrecked before the show began. Steve did most of the driving home from then on. Shortly after returning home Steve found out Bill his life long friend and partner and part Inventor of the Plug Snug-it (TM) was sick and before he knew it Bill had died from cancer of the bones and it spread thru his whole body. Steve has never been the same since. Now Steve himself struggles on his own with a huge emptiness inside. He begins looking to find someone to licenses their Plug Snug-it (TM).
Angel Guard Products Inc comes aboard; a small manufacturer with cord and plug related products helping to launch their Plug Snug-it (TM). Angel Guard had a new package made and renamed the Invention to Secure-A-Cord (TM) and got it into many well known catalogs and websites, but royalties from a small moving manufacturer is slim, and tells them they must do something else.
At this time our story has Steve bringing another Small Investor aboard to help launch a small internet advertising campaign directing potential buyers to this page, to sell directly from the surviving Inventor (himself) to you the visiting public. Chances are if you buy, you are part of that campaign. He will be taking the secure orders himself over the internet and bagging the Plug Snug-its (TM) at home and shipping them out, until the orders hopefully (as all Inventors dream) overwhelm him and he has to hire someone else to help. If you live in Kentucky USA and would like to invest in our project please contact us.
So how do you judge? Is the Plug Snug-it (TM) a product the public or perhaps you needed or need? Will you join the “Snug-it Club” by ordering your Snug-it’s before you lose something dear to you? If you do buy please give us your testimony to add to our many testimonies found --> --> www.sinnerenterprises.com/inventioneurs/snug-it-Ad.html
This Truee Story will be updated with more details from time to time. Some details will be filled into places through out the story, as well as new details on how this campaign and American Inventor is doing.
